Thelan, a spiritual young man, is journeying to the monastery of Arbra in the mountains of Atalou. His caravan is ambushed and his companions slain. Thelan must throw in his lot with Barbarian if he has any hope of reaching his goal - the monastery of the Goddess Arbra and his dream of spiritual enlightenment and quiet contemplation - however, the lusty and earthy Barbarian has an entirely different future in mind for the beautiful young monk.

Thelan in this story is played by Elijah Wood and Barbarian by The Rock.
